That was a particularly clever approach with Bertil. I always thought he was a beautiful boy. I'm not at all surprised that he would have had the good manners to respond the way he did. Does anyone know whether he appeared in any other films or show besides "Fanny and Alexander"?
I have a friend (non-BL) who collects autographs (mostly pictures) from washed up TV actors like Bob Denver and Gary Coleman (well, I guess technically Gary was a boy when he was on TV). He gets a lot of them on Ebay. I've never done any Ebay searches for that kind of autograph, but I have stumbled across some publicity stills featuring the likes of Johnny Sheffield or the kid from "The Boy With Green Hair." Mostly they are not signed, though.
