Saw it 10 years ago. It's one of these little known gems for bls (that explains its low votes total). Joshua Zuehlke plays an all-American boy to perfection.
The story is a little bit too fantasy like to my liking but the film-maker deserves tons of credits for the idealized world it tries to present to both kids and adults.
