Naw, I think I've seen every episode of "Home Improvement," and THAT never happened. Unless it was near the end of the series when even *I* lost interest in the aging Taylor boys. :o)
Remember the episode (first season?) where "Randy" is dressed in a pirate costume for Halloween? The director cleverly framed the shot so that you could see JTT's navel for one split second. Cool!
And then "Randy" was cast as Peter Pan and had to prance around in them green tights. Cool again!
But naw, he NEVER was shirtless on the series.
That is, unless YOU say he really was.
