The Thief was shot in Super 70 (or the Russian equivalent). That means to get the letterbox format for the DVD they actually OBSCURED part of the picture. So the with the VHS version, we get the "full monty". I mean the FULL MONTY. [Insert Homer Simpson moan of transcendent pleasure].
