I don't know if it's GayDar or not, but he was in a really nice video (shown on CMT) for the song "Oklahoma"--in the video, another boy (dark haired and a little taller than Billy) is featured in a reunion with his Dad in Oklahoma. There's a very touching scene right at the end where Billy joins the boy as he gets a new bicycle. GayDar? I don't know but he sure smiled a lot. What an expressive face! I first noticed him in a video where he was singing a Christmas song; he caught my eye in part because he acted like Frank Sinatra--at 12 years old!
