It's a still from the film "D.A.R.Y.L." Can't remember exactly where I found it on the 'net, but probably from one of the Barrett Oliver fan sites. I only wish it were a better image, but THAT's one reason why we desperately need the "D.A.R.Y.L." DVD to be released, no?
