He was the only thing that made the early Baywatch watchable. I'm sure you've seen the stills from Baywatch. I imagine the first season is still shown somewhere on cable TV.
When Brandon was a teen, he was in a highly forgettable TV Show about a "blended family" called "Step By Step." He played the typical young TV teen boy: girl-obsessed and basically stupid. It was not a good use for his talents, but sadly his looks were also pretty much evaporated by then anyway.
I had not known until recently that Brandon was actually the first actor to star in the TV show "The Wonder Years" but was replaced by Fred Savage at the last minute. Now I really liked Fred Savage in that show, but I feel bad that Brandon had been cheated out of it.
