I have no real information, of course, but in my mind the scenario went something like this:
Noah starred in "Neverending Story," which I believe was a German production and of course very very popular in Europe. After Noah's career tanked (he's very cute in the movie "Troll," which I saw on TV many years ago, but I don't recall much skin -- perhaps a brief shirtless scene?), I figure he must have been offered a lot of money to pose in Europe. We've probably all seen the super-tight-shorts and swimsuit shots of Noah as a young teen. I feel certain there were no nude shots published, or else of course they would have been plastered over the internet by now.
My instinct tells me that Noah was a gay teen and of course is now a gay man. It would not surprise me that he looks totally different--NO ONE could maintain that fresh look past the age of . . . say, 16. If you are a gay man whose was a gay teen icon (not as an out teen, I mean, but as an object of desire for many gay men . . . and of course BLs!), I think you would keep a low profile since your glory days are in the past. Well, that's my thinking, anyway.
