Seeking advice about "The Other" (1972)

It was in a directory listing to air today, on the AMC Channel, but something else showed in its place. It's listed as a horror film and perhaps too gruesome for some TV?
What caught my eye is Twin Brothers. and the only shot I can find of them (on the vhs cassette cover at IMDB), they appear to be cute, young brunettes.
So I'm guessing this won't be hard to rent or buy? Can my yf watch it with me? Or should I simply not bother, because it ain't worth it?
Any advice?
