I have not seen it since I first got it many years ago because my version is recorded in that much hated EP mode. I can tell you with a quick few lines that it is a bore of a movie and the only thing worth watching is the two boys cute faces. I actually bought this one because of Christain Bale just after "Empire of the Sun" was in the theaters. There are no shirtless scenes or anything to write home about at all except maybe that the story is about a modern boy without a father who is transported to the land of faraway where he finds he is untied with his father, the King of the land of faraway.
I for one will be purchasing the DVD version when it comes out only because of my lust for Christain Bale and only recomend those DIE Hard got to have all boymovie collectors to grab this one. But like I said in my first line my lack of love for this movie could be because of the fact that my version is in that hated EP mode that really lacks quality on big screen tvs :-(
