Great LINKS post--a few comments:

First of all, you have two links to CVMC (Childhood Visions Movie Club). You list one under the full name and the other under the slightly incorrect "CVMV." The two links have different URLs but they link to the same page. (CVMC had a longer domain name earlier in its existence and it has kept both addresses.) I suspect you thought, because the URLs were different, that they were different sites. They aren't.

Secondly, I think you should list a link to the "Movies Unlimited" web site. "Movies Unlimited" began as an 8mm film store back in the 1970s and evolved into arguably the largest wholesaler of movies in the US. They also have a few retail rental shops in the Philadelphia area. Most important, they have the largest movie catalogue I've ever seen, and are able to get literally any movie in print. They've been very helpful to me over the years.

Finally, there is a video outlet centered in the Greater New Haven area in Connecticut called "Best Video." They also have a website and specialize in hard-to-find movies, including foreign movies. They are very much like TLA Video (another excellent Philadelphia-based video chain, already linked in your post). Best Video's website has search engines for both rental and sales. They do rent by mail, a bonus for some people on a tight budget.
