Here's my intention: I'm working on a restructuring of the "data" pages along the lines suggested by Stubborn Mule: one central and comprehensive title list with all the links and details, and then any number of "index" lists that link to the title details. The index lists can be things like "Now Available on DVD," "Only available on VHS at present," "Titles Featuring a Lot of Skin," "Titles Appealing to 'Little Boy' (under 9) Fans," "Titles Appeaking to 'Tween' (9-13) Fans," etc, etc.
I hope to have this new structure in place by the end of the coming weekend. As soon as it feels more ready for a wider public, I will post an announcement on BC and ask BLinker to add the site to BoyLinks. I will also ask Cap'nkirk to add the link to the FPC "Users Page" list.
I do not plan to solicit a wider audience than that, such as by posting announcements on news groups or joining web rings, etc. I think we will have plenty of appreciative users and participants drawing from BC regulars, BoyLinks visitors, and of course word of mouth. If we get any trolls, we'll just have to deal with them.
Certainly if you have a friend you would like to invite, now or later, by all means issue the invitation. They certainly don't need to be BC regulars. By the way, speaking of BC regulars, if anyone has Nathan's e-mail address, please send him a heads-up (I posted to him on BC inviting him to drop me a note, since I don't have his address, but he missed or ignored it). There are probably others who deserve a sneak preview, but whom I either overlooked or do not know how to contact.
So please tell your friends they will be welcome here. I WOULD like to make this an openly BL-oriented site rather than disguise it as a "fan" site or a "kids in film" site. So visitors should not be surprised to find a bunch of pervents talking about Jamie Bell's legs or whatever. :o)
Oh, and Poor Farang . . . I'm still wondering what the feared "G" word might be . . . "Grandpa?" (just kidding!)
