Here's another attempt to capitalize on the success of the "Harry Potter" phenom. This time, the young hero in this new book series (already planned to become a film) becomes involved in the horrific underworld of the vampire community. The author is Irish. The second volume will be published in September ("The Vampire's Assistant).
