As an answer to: Damn! The web site link is ... written by Bonzo am 11 Mar 2001 18:50:26:

I thought for certain it was a national show. Sorry!

Actually, I was a bit underwhelmed with the show. Mason is a full blown teen (no, not THAT kind of blown), and while that may be all very well for you perverts who like young men (heh heh), Mason's now pretty much off my radar screen of interest. He's still nice looking, and all, but he was outright gorgeous a few years back when he was making "Rushmore" et al. Damn, they grow up way too fast!

As far as entertainment goes, "Kate Brasher" is nothing all that special, although I do like to see shows that demonstrate people's social consciousness and desire to help others. It's not AWFUL-BAD like "Touched by an Angel," but it's not groundbreaking or even in the least bit "edgy." I doubt the show has much of a future, actually, so catch it while you can.

P.S. Oh, it was also kinda interesting to see Dennis Christopher and Paul Dooley acting together again in that episode. Does anyone else remember in what film Dooley played Christopher's father?

P.P.S. to Bonzo about the missing link: It was probably not your fault. I've had perfectly correct links show up on the preview screen, and then mysteriously disappear or get truncated in the final message on this Parsimony board. Somersault has experienced the same on his board. I guess it's an unresolved bug in the Parsimony script.
