For once I'd disagree with you and side with Phred.
On the look department Jesse James and Jeremy Kissner are more striking than David Ladd. Though I have to say David Ladd is more "boy" than the other two.
And yeah the remake of Dog of Flander is pretty bad. The original is a much nicer film.
