According to DVDJournal.com (a very reliable source of info) -

"Lots of good stuff is on the way from Warner, including their long-awaited
re-issue of Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory, a "30th Anniversary" edition that will
feature a new anamorphic transfer and Dolby Digital 5.1 audio, a commentary track
with the five children of the film, a behind-the-scenes documentary, and more (Aug. 28)."
