As an answer to: Has anyone seen written by Sensitive Stephen am 01 Feb 2001 02:32:44:

I have seen Ratcatcher - it is a slightly dark, but touching and poetic tale of a young scottish boy living in undesireable surroundings, with some rough friends for company. The film contains references to drowning, literally and metaphorically which becomes the theme of the film. The boy dreams of living in a new housing estate being built out of town, and visits the houses whilst being built. The film also concerns itself with the boys relationship with a somewhat slow older girl and in one scene they take a bath together - the boy is seen to strip (completely) from behind. The boy is scrawny but beautiful and delivers a great low key performance.

Watch it!

By the way this a nice site - do you plan to include more picture galleries? Does anybody know what became of Movie Boys and where those galleries can be found?
